You can use our platform for different types of fulfilment, just select which ones you want to make available to your customers. 

You can customise your menu to make certain items available to certain fulfilment types.

For example, you can make alcohol only available for table service.

Orders can be managed end to end on both your terminal or the back end management system. 

You can also take pre-orders before you open. Customers will only get the option to receive the food during your opening times and will get confirmation once you have accepted.

When you join Sapid Eats you get a login to our backend system where you can update your info quickly and easily:

  • Make menu changes.

    Add, edit, delete, and mark items out of stock.

  • Change your opening times.

  • Run reports to see your orders by any given time frame.

  • Add any special offers or discounts.

The percentage that Sapid Eats takes goes into payment processing fees, technology costs, marketing and support services.

We want to put profits back into Sapid Eats to give the best deal to local businesses.

All you have to do is create your account through our platform and the payment split will happen automatically when an order is processed.

  • There are no sign-up fees to add your outlet to Sapid Eats and we provide everything you need to get you on the platform.

    We only charge a 7% commission on orders accepted through Sapid Eats.

    Extra charges apply to restaurants that don’t use their own delivery drivers.

  • No!

    We charge no fees to our clients for signing up. You will be provided with a handheld terminal to use while you are partnered with us.

    We only charge a fixed commission fee for each order we provide you with.

  • We currently use a third-party delivery partner to fulfil delivery orders if you don’t have your own drivers.

    Due to the increased cost of this service, there is an increased commission fee compared to if you had your own drivers - however, we still offer a much better deal that the national alternatives.

  • We pride ourselves on being able to get things moving for you very quickly.

    We can get your outlet online in as quick as 2-3 days.

    Once you have sent us all the required details, our incredible team will begin creating your menu and begin the onboarding process. While we complete the onboarding process, someone from our team will deliver your ordering terminal and set up the automatic payment system with you.

    As long as you have got a valid hygiene certificate, we are more than happy to have you on board.
